From quotation to a good relationship with Vitals

If we value anything at SkillsTown, it's user-friendliness. And that was noticed a year and a half ago by Jos Koster, P&O manager at Vitals Food Supplements. Their employees are now using their own online learning platform.

Jos came to SkillsTown because she needed an online tool to share professional work instructions with employees. This way, all important procedures for recurring work could be made available. The instructions should be cast in a uniform modern format. Preferably online, user-friendly and easy to find. That's what they thought at SkillsTown. To this day, they are happy with our cooperation.

A warm welcome

Vitals' mission statement reads: Better every day. A mission that we as (online) educators also very much agree with. That is why we are proud to be working together. Let's go back to the beginning.

"Just the quote we received from SkillsTown stood out to me," Jos recalls. "It was personalized, in our company's house style and, in doing so, specified exactly what we indicated we needed." So that turned out to be a warm welcome. The initial request was for a dedicated online academy to put away all the procedures for the various functions in a clear and accessible way. This way, employees could easily find all procedures in one place. So Jos energetically set to work with her personalized Vitals Academy.

Comments on the online academy

Jos says: "Our own Essentials are especially well and widely used. Essentials around our general policy, order management and customer service are particularly popular. Super effective, because once it's all clear and unambiguous, no one has to figure it out for themselves or ask their colleagues. The other trainings of SkillsTown themselves are of course free to follow and we really see them as a bonus. The online learning platform has also led to a greatly improved onboarding process. This is particularly evident in the feedback from our new employees." You know what they say about a good start!

Future plans

Jos says: "I think SkillsTown is a very nice organization. Inspiring, young and with a mission. The employees really enjoy what they do and they are enthusiastic about what they put down within the online learning platform." That makes us blush. Future plans? Yes indeed. "We are going to into podcasts. So soon we'll be pulling on your bells." concludes Jos enthusiastically. And of course we are looking forward to that!
