What exactly are you going to do?
As a technical support employee at SkillsTown you are the first point of contact for colleagues and super users of our customers. Working from our offices in Hilversum and/or Eindhoven, you will work closely together with the customer service team and provide support for both first- and second-line questions. You will mainly focus on the more technical issues.

Your duties and responsibilities as a Technical Support Officer:
- You will provide technical support to end users and technical contacts of both customers and training institutions within Salta Group - via phone, email, chat or video call. Examples include SSO issues (for example, when a customer is not automatically logged in) or API issues and links to our Admin Application and learning environments.
- You will monitor the progress of reported issues and proactively keep customers informed of the status of their tickets.
- You document problems as well as solutions so that colleagues can learn from your insights.
- You will work with our IT department to effectively resolve technical issues.

- Have HBO working and thinking level with at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
- Have good command of the Dutch and English languages in both word and writing;
- Easily navigate different software applications;
- Have knowledge of SQL and most current web technologies;
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude;
- Understanding of and experience with SSO and APIs. You have basic knowledge of C#, OpenID and SAML and can use this knowledge to solve problems;
- Able to quickly learn and understand how SkillsTown's products and services work.
As a technical support employee at SkillsTown, you will play an important role in further improving customer satisfaction with your technical background. You are good at logical thinking, analysis and problem solving and do this in a super customer friendly way. You investigate and solve technical issues and discover trends in the issues reported by (internal and external) customers. With this you pro-actively contribute to reducing the number of tickets and thus the quality of the product!
