As a Sales & Business Development intern at SkillsTown, you will support our sales team in the entire sales process: from lead generation to proposal development. You will learn how we help clients find the right learning solutions and gain insight into strategic client conversations, proposal and tender processes and relationship management.
The opportunities are as great as your ambition and living proof of that is that previous Interns at SkillsTown have now developed into full-fledged Account Managers on our Sales Team. There are great advancement opportunities in account management and new business.
As a Sales & Business Development intern, what will you all be doing?
- Assist in preparing customer proposals and quotations
- Thinking along about commercial campaigns and lead generation
- Maintain customer contact via mail and phone
- CRM systems tracking and analyzing sales results
- Conduct market and competition research
- Participate in customer interviews and demonstrations

- A full-time position with a work week of 32 - 40 hours.
- An internship allowance of €500 gross per month obv 40 hours.
- The possibility of hybrid working.
- Travel reimbursement.
