The function

As Advisor Learning & Development you are part of the Customer Success Team based in Eindhoven or Hilversum. You will support our customers in achieving goals related to online learning. You have an enormous drive and will not let go until you have reached your goal. Using SkillsTown's online academy, your mission is to help organizations perform better. You listen, take stock and respond to client needs and goals.

What exactly are you going to do?

As a Learning Professional at SkillsTown, you - together with the account manager - will support the client throughout the collaboration to achieve their learning objectives. In the first phase, you focus on setting up and setting up the academy, fully aligned with the training plan you create with the client. After a celebratory onboarding, you guide them to make the academy a lasting success. Throughout the partnership, you will be the educational sparring partner and ensure that the online academy is continuously aligned with the client's needs and requirements.

What will you do:

• Together with the client, you will create a training and implementation plan and remain their regular sparring partner throughout the collaboration.
• You guide clients in achieving their learning objectives and secure the impact within the organization.
• You translate customer needs into concrete improvements within our products and services.
• You will maintain close and personal contact with clients and actively contribute to relationship management.
• You will organize inspiration sessions, workshops and meetings for both existing and new clients.
