As Channel Manager, you will be responsible for expanding SkillsTown's partner network, both nationally and internationally. You know how to spot new opportunities in the market and turn them into sustainable collaborations with resellers, distribution partners and other strategic relationships.

You will work closely with the sales team, marketing and management to achieve our growth objectives. Thanks to your commercial insight, analytical skills and natural persuasiveness, you know how to bind new partners to SkillsTown and achieve joint successes.

What will you do as a Channel Manager at SkillsTown:
  • Research and analyze (international) market opportunities and growth segments;
  • Create and implement a strategic plan to increase our presence in key regions;
  • Build and maintain relationships with resellers, distribution partners and industry associations;
  • Identify and follow up on new reseller leads and business opportunities;
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and partner initiatives;
  • Manage the entire reseller sales process: from lead generation to deal closing;
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial arrangements with new partners;
  • Report on sales activities, revenue forecasts and market developments;
  • Collaborate with management team on strategic opportunities and challenges.

As Channel Manager, you will report to the Head of Sales and work extensively with the International Business Developer and your internal colleagues in Customer Success, Account Management and Marketing.

What can we learn from you?

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within e-learning or technology;
  • Have a proven track record in developing international partnerships and markets;

  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team;
  • Willing to travel internationally;
  • Fluent Dutch and English spoken and written.

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead generation tools;
  • Meeting sales targets in a B2B context;
  • Solution-based sales and customized consulting.
