As Business Partner Education, you are the link between SkillsTown and educational institutions within primary education in the Netherlands. You will help schools and school communities strengthen their professional development policies. You will do this by advising them about our digital learning solutions, setting up development programs and supervising processes such as tenders.

You work closely with established cooperation partners and know exactly how to hit the right note with education professionals. Thanks to your experience in or affinity with education, you understand their challenges and know how to add real value. You are not a typical sales person, but someone who builds sustainable partnerships based on trust, content and relationships.

What will you do as an Education Business Partner at SkillsTown:

• Maintain and expand your network within the education field;
• Advising schools and school communities on digital professionalization;
• Initiate and supervise long-term processes such as tenders and tenders;
• Identify opportunities and needs in the market and respond accordingly;
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Product and Customer Success;
• Achieve commercial objectives in a relationship-oriented manner;
• Record your activities and forecast in our CRM system (e.g. HubSpot).

• A part-time/full-time position with a work week of 32 - 40 hours.
• Gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,500 based on 40 hours.
• Prospect of a permanent contract.

• Have a college level of work and thinking;
• Have work experience in a commercial and/or consulting role, preferably within Primary Education;
• Have an affinity for education: you know what it's like to be a teacher or educator!
• Have strong communication skills and a natural way of connecting;
• Independent and entrepreneurial and not afraid of cold acquisition;
• Have experience with consultative selling and supervising complex processes;
• Are structured in your approach and proficient with CRM systems.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead generation tools;
• Meeting sales targets in a B2B context;
• Solution-based sales and customized consulting.
