As an Account Manager at SkillsTown, you will be the strategic point of contact for our clients. You think along about learning and development challenges and translate them into effective and scalable solutions. No standard pitch, but a consultative approach according to the SPICED framework: you immerse yourself in the client context, identify pain points and advise based on desired business impact. You do this in collaboration with our learning professionals, where you are responsible for the commercial process.
An important part of our offering - and a distinctive advantage - are our own SkillsTown studios. This allows us to help clients make their learning environment even more personal and recognizable, for example by including client-specific content or videos. This not only offers more impact with the end user, but also concrete upsell opportunities within your portfolio.
What will you do as an Account Manager at SkillsTown:
- You will be the single point of contact for your clients and lead the goal setting conversation during implementation through to contract renewal.
- You will develop and manage a pipeline of mid-market accounts (up to approximately 2,000 employees) with a focus on value creation and customer impact.
- You will work closely with Customer Success, Learning Consultants and Marketing to build out use cases and customer outcomes.
- You will represent SkillsTown at events, with clients and during demos - ensuring our solutions are seamlessly aligned with their strategic goals.
- You utilize our studios as a valuable tool to provide custom solutions or personalize the learning platform for the client.
- You provide input to improve internal processes based on customer feedback and your insights from the market.

- Experience with consultative selling and being able to have conversations based on business drivers and customer objectives.
