When you purchase a subscription, you have created a personal account in our webshop. Through your personal account you can cancel the purchased subscription. Go to your profile and choose 'Subscriptions'. Here you can see your current subscriptions and cancel them.
SkillsTown has its own online learning environment where you can take all training courses. After purchasing the subscription you will receive a personal email with your login information for this environment, You can find the login page by clicking the "Login" button on the top right of this page.
If you have ordered a subscription and your payment has been successfully completed, you will receive an email with login information at the email address you used to pay. We also advise you to keep an eye on your spam box. If you have not received an email from us in both your inbox and your spam box within 10 minutes, please contact us at support@skillstown.com.
Have you forgotten your webshop account password? Then on your account page, accessible at shop.skillstown.com/shop/account, you can use the 'forgot password' option.
