SkillsTown is proud and careful of its brand. To prevent damage to the brand, there are clear agreements on the use of the SkillsTown name and logo. SkillsTown does not allow any of its intellectual property rights to be reproduced or made public by third parties without its prior explicit permission.
Third party use
We therefore request any person or organization wishing to use SkillsTown's name, logo or any other intellectual property right to contact the SkillsTown Communications Department in advance. Per request/situation a consideration will be made whether permission will be granted. In the event that permission is not granted but a SkillsTown intellectual property right is nevertheless used by a third party, SkillsTown will invoke its rights and may take the person using an intellectual property right to court. The resulting costs will be recovered from the third party. The use of SkillsTown's intellectual property rights for commercial purposes is not permitted in any situation unless expressly authorized by SkillsTown.
