Association agency MOS bv and SkillsTown open webinar studio in Nijkerk

Association agency MOS bv and online training provider SkillsTown are going to cooperate in the field of professional webinars. Therefore, in cooperation with SkillsTown, a professional webinar studio has been set up on the premises of MOS bv where webinars can be recorded.

Nijkerk mayor Gerard Renkema, Hans Schuurmans (CEO SkillsTown), Prof. Kasper Boon (co-owner SkillsTown), Matthijs Akkenaar (director SkillsTown Connect), Edith Terschegget (director MOS bv) and Raimond Fifis (director MOS bv) officially opened the studio on Friday afternoon.

For some time, MOS bv had a desire to expand its services to include online training such as webinars (live broadcasts over the Internet), e-learning modules, podcasts and essentials (micro-courses of up to 2.5 minutes). SkillsTown also had a desire to expand. Thanks to its collaboration with MOS bv, the online training provider now has an additional location in the Netherlands to record and facilitate webinars.

Products from the region

With the new professional recording studio, these webinars can be recorded and shared. Both professional associations and companies can have the webinars recorded in the studio. In this way, companies can, for example, inform their customers about the latest products and services from the region.

Sharing knowledge

"It is a great milestone for us to be able to offer this fantastic webinar studio to our customers. Using webinars, associations can start sharing their knowledge even more," says Raimond Fifis (MOS bv). Matthijs Akkenaar (SkillsTown Connect) adds that he likes the studio so much because of the LED lights. "We specifically chose those. Not only because of the quality, but also because of the durability."

Donor Law

Although the studio has only just opened, the first recordings are already scheduled. Akkenaar: "March 19 is a special moment, because the national broadcast about the donor law will be recorded here. Also, Noloc, the association of career counselors, is going to record and broadcast a number of webinars. The topics have yet to be determined."

Collaboration Corlaer College Nijkerk

One of the other projects is 'Expedition Africa' with the Corlaer College in Nijkerk. In cooperation with MOS bv and SkillsTown, the students of the Corlaer College Nijkerk are going to raise money for the school project 'Expedition Africa'. To the value of 1500 euros, the students may raffle off a fully catered live webinar of MOS bv and SkillsTown to a company or organization in the region of Nijkerk. The proceeds will go towards the construction of children's home cum high school Hanukkah. You can participate as a company by mailing to mos@mos-net.nl.
