SkillsTown and Bestuursacademie Nederland start collaboration for quality government education

Eindhoven, April 1, 2024 - SkillsTown, the leading online training provider, and Bestuursacademie Nederland, experts in government training, are proud to announce their strategic partnership. This partnership combines SkillsTown's innovative learning methods with Bestuursacademie Nederland's in-depth knowledge to jointly develop high-quality learning content for government professionals in the Netherlands.

An ongoing collaboration

The paths of Bestuursacademie Nederland and SkillsTown have crossed before. Recently, for example, they jointly created online training courses around the Environment Act. They are also together on the annual conference HRM in the Government, which takes place on April 18 in 't Spant in Bussum.

The signing of a cooperation agreement by Nassar Asad, director of Bestuursacademie Nederland, and Tom Bos, CEO of SkillsTown, marks the next step in their alliance. This marks a new phase in their partnership, with the goal of jointly creating quality learning content in the form of training modules on an ongoing basis, ranging from webinars and essentials to podcasts and e-learning modules.

A pooling of expertise

SkillsTown and Bestuursacademie Nederland, both part of Salta Group, complement each other in their services. Bestuursacademie Nederland specializes in the sale and implementation of physical training and professional education for the public sector. SkillsTown is an expert in developing and offering digital learning platforms and learning resources, with a focus on the government sector, among others.

This collaboration combines SkillsTown's innovative learning methods with the substantive knowledge of Bestuursacademie Nederland. In doing so, they will ensure that the learning experience of government professionals and organizations is significantly enriched. By developing digital learning methods together, both organizations will be able to integrate them into their offerings and thus provide an impactful learning experience.
