SkillsTown best trainer in the Netherlands in the MT1000

Online training provider SkillsTown ranks No. 1 in the training and education category of the MT1000, the largest survey among business decision-makers on the quality and popularity of business service providers in the Netherlands.More than 5,600 independent, business decision-makers collaborated in recent months on the survey, which is explicitly not about reputations, but experiences. Companies were rated on product leadership, operational excellence, customer focus and their NPS. "It is still unbelievable that we are rated by business decision makers in the Netherlands as the number one training provider. This is a result we are of course enormously proud of!" said Hans Schuurmans, CEO of SkillsTown.

In good company

In the top 10 within the training and education category, SkillsTown is in good company. Following No. 1 at No. 2 is Nyenrode Business University. "That even as an online training provider we have conquered a higher ranking than respected training institute like Nyenrode says enough as far as I am concerned. We work extremely hard every day to provide the best possible service to our clients and partners and the outcome of this survey proves that our clients appreciate that commitment enormously," Hans says enthusiastically.

In the full MT1000, SkillsTown ranks 25th among all business service providers in the Netherlands.

MT1000: thousands of respondents

For the study, 50 different categories were defined, ranging from accountancy to secondment & outsourcing and from marketing consulting to corporate finance. For each of these categories, wholesale lists were created by the editors of MT. These lists include the largest and best-known vendors in their fields.

A panel of business decision makers was invited to share their experiences. A total of 5,600 decision makers participated in the MT1000 since the survey began. They were able to rate 2,000 different companies based on their experiences with those companies over the past three years. Experiences, not just reputations, are thus the basis for the MT1000.

The survey of the Netherlands' most valued service providers is conducted by Amsterdam Centre for Business Innovation, University of Amsterdam.
