After South Africa and Suriname: SkillsTown now also in the Caribbean

Since October of this year, the Dutch online training provider SkillsTown no longer focuses only on the Dutch market. Under the leadership of Bart Hogendoorn, former Managing Director at HP and Sap, among others, they have expanded to Suriname and South Africa, among others. As of December 1, 2020, that will include Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Maarten.

In partnership with Teamwork, the online learning platform for businesses in the Caribbean is being launched. Danielle van Joolingen, owner of Teamwork says enthusiastically, "The demand for online learning in our region is increasing. The advantage of SkillsTown's learning platform is that organizations can make use of more than 500 online training courses and create their own courses, for example on onboarding or other knowledge specific to the organization. Activities in the Caribbean

SkillsTown and Teamwork will launch their online learning platform including more than 500 online courses starting immediately in December. Content will be added monthly. These include training courses on digital skills, dealing with stress, time management, foreign languages and many more soft and hard skills. With the launch of the learning platform, the main focus is on the B2B market, which involves training employees and increasing their overall employability.
