These are the good intentions for the workplace

How are you doing with your good intentions? After all the holidays, drinks and dinners, we can well imagine that the fresh start may still seem a bit impossible (I'll start in February - recognizable?). That's why we're going to help you. Because making big steps is done by making small changes.
No is no!
In 2022, how many times have you thought, "If only I had done things differently"? Doesn't matter, is very human. Start your new year with yourself in the lead. If someone asks something of you, that person can count on two answers. Yes or no. Say no. First your agenda, then someone else's.
Grumble less
Secretly, you have the most to gain from grumbling. The other person wants to hear you, but can't do much with it. Be careful not to influence the general atmosphere too much. That does you no good at all! Get it off your chest, maybe it won't be so bad afterwards.
Training tip: Do you always have something to complain about? Follow the "Positive attitude" webinar on the online learning platform and bring out that positive mindset!
This is you
New year, new you! Just for fun, do that presentation. Show some initiative and organize that drink. You and your qualities should be seen more often, right?
Snoozing is snoring
We know, that filled cake with coffee completes it all. If you happen to leave it out now because of good intentions of a different nature, you're already well on your way. Maybe you want to get healthier, but we are mainly referring to that sugar dip you experience after your cake. Then, instead of fantasizing about your cake, you fantasize about taking a nap. That doesn't make your workday any easier!
Procrastination is the enemy
If you already don't feel like it today, it won't suddenly become a fun job tomorrow. Make coffee and do it, right now. Then you'll be rid of it, and that relief is worth a lot.
Training tip: Do you suffer a lot from procrastinating and keeping your tasks in order? Follow the e-learning "Time Management" on the online learning platform.
Where are you more comfortable?
Are you happy in this chair? If the answer is not a resounding yes, ask yourself where that lies. Who knows what your supervisor has in store for you in terms of inspiring and motivating additional responsibilities, tasks or projects!
To invest is to value
Have you lost track of your colleagues a bit in the new hybrid working? Schedule some more frequent (physical) coffee moments, use your break to take a walk together and ask questions. That is always appreciated. Better a good colleague than a distant friend!
Do you experience a lot of stress during your work week? And are you ready to finally actively address it in 2022? Stress is a culprit for everyone, a long-term imbalance between effort and relaxation (...)
