As an Account Manager New Business at SkillsTown, part of Salta Group, you will be the central point of contact for customers. Your focus is on development and your goal is to support organizations and their employees to improve their performance through our wide range of innovative online training courses and tools. Your main focus is on understanding clients' needs. You listen, take stock and constantly search for the most appropriate solutions. As Account Manager New Business you will work on generating customer successes, managing key accounts and attracting new customers who are interesting for new collaborations.
This is what you will do as an Account Manager New Business at SkillsTown:
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and actively engage in discussions to understand their needs and ambitions.
- You take full responsibility for the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- You actively look for opportunities to help organizations move forward and provide them with real value with our innovative learning solutions.
- You manage existing accounts and build long-term relationships. In doing so, you ensure optimal use of our learning platform for customers, allowing them to get the most out of their learning paths.
- You will represent SkillsTown at events and customer locations, where you will present our solutions with passion and energy.
